I am part of a family of artists.

I have practiced with watercolor since about age 6. I love watercolor because it is unforgiving. Each mistake is revealed. It is also beautiful; when watercolor dries, surprises emerge. Working with watercolor requires precision and control
while also loosening up and letting go.

Group Exhibition

“The Octagon: textiles and tenets” is a group show of work by 22 artists at Under the Bridge Art Space in North Miami. Curator William Cordova made a beautiful quilt of a show with conversations between grids, patterns, shadows, colors and layers. This was my first gallery exhibition, which opened on April 7, 2024. The work below is “Night’s Door,” a watercolor I made in 2024.
